Job Title: Tier 1 Help Desk Technician

Location: Charlotte, NC 28217 (on site for first 90 days then Remote)

Type: 3-Month Contract to Hire

Start: 2-Weeks [interviewing this week!]

Pay Rate:$20.00 to $21.00/hr.

*Entry level role looking for folks with about 2-4 years experience who want to continue their career in IT*

Responsibilities:

• Providing Tier I support to users, creating and updating tickets
• Learning the ins-and-outs of the clients' product and troubleshooting
• Answering incoming phone calls / frontline customer support
• Emails
• Review debug logs
• Root cause analysis as needed
• Call tree design and implementation
• Database setup and settings
• Call flow
• Media routing
• Work assigned special projects based on company needs and your skillset

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
