Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs for the team.# Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.# Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way.# Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and team communication & collaboration.# Dive deep into data and root cause issues.
