From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.---Responsibilities•Build a world-class affiliate/partnership program on a global scale, focusing on new advertisers and new revenue growth•Identifying new strategic partner opportunities & developing a strategic execution plan•Manage versatile partnerships from Enterprise/large companies to individual content creators by creating commission strategy, recruitment strategy and growth strategy•Have good understanding of regional, country and partner segmentation nuances•Strong communication skills and the ability to expertly communicate our value proposition with partners•Partner closely with sales, marketing, and creator teams to identify relevant publishers/brands/partnersQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Very experienced in affiliate marketing, channel sales or agency recruitment- Experience managing influencer, media agency, and brand partners- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, engaging and influencing with cross-functional groups- Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and selling advertising products (self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying). SMB experience is a plus.- Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation, synthesizing insights through clear, concise communication- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategy development experience-------Preferred Qualifications:- Detail-oriented to find solutions for clients while improving internal processes and delivering feedback- Strong executive presence and ability to excel under pressure- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up- Self-starter and motivated to learns- Strong oral & written communication skills for internal and external forumsTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. We offer the following benefits to eligible employees:We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
