We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Leader to join our team as the Head of Compliance and Conduct Audit. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in audit and compliance, who is dedicated to upholding our values and driving positive change within our organization. If you are a natural leader with a passion for risk management and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Develop and implement comprehensive compliance and conduct audit plans for the organization.Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct thorough and objective audits of all compliance and conduct related processes and procedures.Review and evaluate company policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and update audit plans accordingly.Conduct regular training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the organization.Collaborate with other departments, including legal and risk management, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance and conduct matters.Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and industry experts to stay informed on best practices and industry standards.Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement.Provide guidance and support to the organization on all compliance and conduct related matters.Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the organization's compliance and conduct program and make recommendations for enhancements.Set performance goals for the audit team and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure their professional development.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Represent the organization in compliance and conduct related matters with external stakeholders.Adhere to ethical standards and promote ethical behavior throughout the organization.American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
