As Global Shopping is an important part of the ecosystem that brings value to both users and merchants of the marketplace, the team is seeking a growth ops to drive business growth.Responsibilities:1. Responsible for product and growth operation in the direction of closed-loop e-commerce advertising for the growth of SMB customers;2. Based on data analysis and market research, deeply understand the closed-loop e-commerce advertising and market demand, and formulate Go-To-Market strategies for key products;3. Integrate internal and external resources, collaborate with sales teams, growth marketing teams and product teams to drive product adoption and penetration for key products;4. Regularly output and evaluate the needs of SMB customers, coordinate with PM&RD for product optimization, and improve the adaptability of products for SMB customers.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:1.Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience and background in advertising product operation or growth operation;2. Professional English communication and writing skills3.Understanding of the operating scenarios and advertising marketing needs of small and medium-sized businesses; familiarity with international e-commerce business and advertising market preferred;4.Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to independently handle complex projects and prioritize in a multitasking environment;5.Strong data analysis ability, able to quickly identify key problems and opportunities;6.Fast learner with initiative.Preferred qualifications- Experience working with global teams across different time zones is preferred.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
