As a trusted member of our Americas Integrated Merchandising team, you will report to the Senior Manager – Integrated Merchandising, Men’s Apparel, and you'll collaborate and liaise with fellow Integrated Merchandising counterparts as well as our global and regional teams. Your main focus will be administrative support to the Men’s merchandising area that will include sample management, data management (both in Excel and Enovia PLM), competitive set analysis, and marketplace research.Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. Your role will contribute to advancing our regional business initiatives and support the Americas Merchandising team through the following key functions:• Building the overall Men’s apparel seasonal strategies and assortments that amplify our brand journey, prioritize direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Digital, and meet all regional marketplace financial and line assortment goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• Owning administrative support, assisting the senior manager in assortment creation, seasonal data creation in both Excel and Enovia PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and working closely with Merchandising Operations on all data and reporting issues/tasks.• Organizing and owning sample management – from checking in, progressing through the go-to-market (GTM) process, storing appropriately and in an organized fashion, to packing and shipping out; all while maintaining a constant flow through the seasons.• Being an apparel product and marketplace enthusiast with a keen curiosity to the creation and understanding of both the apparel process and the apparel creation itself. Desiring to not only understand relevance - but to understand the details that make a garment relevant to aid in assortment decisions.• Conducting ongoing research into competitive sets and product sell-in/sell-through to inform seasonal assortment decisions, brand and price position, and PLM.• Conducting market and store visits, as necessary.What do you need to succeed?We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
