Senior Product Manager, Safety Experience

As the Senior Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the safety experience of millions of users worldwide. Join our team and help us build a safer and more inclusive community on Tinder.Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Safety Experience team, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative and effective solutions that enhance user safety and experience on the Tinder platform.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies in order to inform product decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Trust & Safety, and Community Operations, to understand and address user safety concerns and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes key initiatives and features, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision making.Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather feedback and insights to inform product improvements and new features.Communicate product updates, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and company leadership.Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the realm of user safety and experience to inform product strategy and innovation.Represent the Safety Experience team in cross-functional meetings and present product updates and recommendations to senior leadership.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the Safety Experience team.Act as a champion for user safety and inclusivity, ensuring that all product decisions and initiatives align with the company's values and mission.Tinder is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
