Executive Assistant II

Toast is looking for an Executive Assistant ll who will work directly with our Executive Team members, and will provide executive support in a close working relationship. The Executive Assistant ll serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about that Executive. The Executive Assistant ll will be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion. This role is hybrid, and will need to commute to the Boston office for events, large meetings and when their executives are in office. This role is hybrid, mainly working remotely, and will need occasionally to commute to the Boston office for events and large meetings.

  • Heavy, proactive calendar management
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings for our leadership team
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for internal and external events
  • Manage travel arrangements and submitting expenses.
  • Identify & make recommendations for process improvements related to scheduling, calendar management

 Do you have the right ingredients*: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or similar role 
  • Ability to make reasonable decisions and effectively prioritize projects with minimal supervision
  • Excel in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills
