Responsibilities

Deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly P&C team strategy and OKRs
Manage a P&C Coordinator
Support people managers in performance management and talent retention
Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Cultivate an inclusive work environment
Liaise with the global P&C team

Education

Relevant Degree in Human Resources or related fields
