Chief of Staff to the CEO

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Topaz Labs, you'll be responsible for identifying and executing high-impact initiatives aimed at driving the company’s success, which includes refining sales strategies, maintaining performance metrics, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll also assist in public relations and strategic planning, oversee critical projects, and support the CEO in recruiting top talent.

Topaz Labs is looking for candidates with at least 3 years of technology product management, design, or consulting experience. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to thrive in ambiguity. Experience in filmmaking or creative industries is highly preferred, alongside strong writing and communication skills.
