Skills
Previous experience in platform-oriented account management or customer success
Strong strategic and analytical sales approach
Experience in retail media preferred
Ability to work in a hybrid model
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with customers
Act as a sales guide for customer-facing employees
Serve as the point of escalation for critical customer issues
Run QBRs and regular meetings with account list
Represent Topsort at industry events as a technology expert
Create customer deliverables suitable for various constituents
Provide input into Customer Success org development and revenue growth
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Master’s degree is a plus
