The Sr.
Client Lead must be able to successfully prioritize, execute, and close challenging tech/engineering searches, and manage to benchmarks and metrics.Thriving in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and are using data to develop winning talent strategies will be key.The best candidates draw on years of expertise in tech talent delivery and have built extensive industry networks.They have sound business acumen and the ability to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders.They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate negotiation, client management, and are highly organized.They possess the ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.Day-to-day the Sr.Client Lead will:Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (Compensation, HR, Systems and Programs teams, etc.).Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.Close passive candidates at senior levels and develop sophisticated closing strategies that match fit and motivation rather than focusing on selling alone.Write recruitment strategy documents with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.Partner with the recruiting manager on fostering excellence in the team's culture and driving productivity.Learn more about the team:https://www.amazon.jobs/en/teams/people-technologyThis position can be located in Amazon's corporate offices in the USA, such as:Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; San Francisco/Sunnyvale, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; San Diego, CA; Boulder, CO; Denver, CO; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Arlington, VA.Fully remote in the USA will also be considered..Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
