Automation & Integration Computer Engineer

Overview:
Townsquare Media is looking for a talented and motivated Automation & Integration Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to create and implement automation solutions that optimize our processes and systems. You will work with various business and technical teams to understand their needs and provide them with innovative solutions. You will also integrate different systems and software to enhance the functionality and user experience of our platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automation systems and tools to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce cost
• Integrate various systems and software to improve functionality and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide technical solutions
• Provide technical support and training to users on new automation tools and systems
• Test and troubleshoot automation systems and tools to ensure quality and performance
• Document and update automation processes and procedures
• Research and evaluate new automation technologies and best practices
Skills/Qualifications:
• Proven experience in automation, scripting, and system integration using Process.St, Workato, Zapier, Webhooks, API calls
• Proficiency in programming languages and automation tools such as Python, UiPath, Workato
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication, teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in API integration, including utilizing iPaaS software like Workato, Power Automate, Zapier
• Experience with reporting and BI tools like Tableau, Cognos, TM1
• Experience with Airtable, monday.com, process.st and similar a plus
• Experience in Autotask Ticketing System or similar systems
• Skills in network troubleshooting and maintenance
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD or similar systems
• Self-starter, self-motivated and driven for success
• Ability to work on complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000 based on experience, opportunity to earn additional bonus
