Manage day to day orders in Integration lab
Oversee the training of Integration personnel
Audit and troubleshoot work performed by team members
Collaborate with delivery team and PMO team
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Build processes and procedures within team
Provide coverage for Integration Technicians

Education

Associates degree or equivalent level of experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
