(Senior) Treasury Analyst (f/d/m)

ABOUT THE TEAM

Numbers run the business: In the Finance Department, we see ourselves as a business partner and enabler for our operating teams and management. We facilitate a smart corporate and financial strategy with technical expertise across accounting, regulatory, tax, strategic financial planning & analysis, and treasury allowing Trade Republic to make educated decisions at every step. We believe in the power of numbers and the story they tell.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Executing trades and monitoring Trade Republic's liquidity position
• Ensure compliance with limits and regulatory requirements
• Managing Treasury related risks as a first line of defence
• Building models and analytical tools
• Work with the ALCO to define Treasury strategy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of front office treasury trading experience
• Basic understanding of liquidity management
• Knowledge of Fixed income markets, Rates and FX Swaps
• The ability to understand risks and models, like IRRBB, VaR
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
