What you'll do

Performs administrative and physical packing duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies. Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle. Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary.

The day-to-day

• Preparing, packaging, and shipping high value materials
• Coordinates with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel
• Able to work weekends or extended work hours if needed

What you'll need

• 1-3 years in a production shipping environment encompassing domestic and international shipments
• Experience with preparing, packaging, and shipping high value materials
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Demonstrates high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior
• Basic math and computer skills
• Demonstrates excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• High School or GED
• US citizenship required

• Experience with Oracle’s Inventory and Shipping Modules preferred
• Experience with JIRA
• Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with all team members
• Ability to access and read emails

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
