We have built a great reputation on award-winning creative, great service, and a fun and energetic culture-and we may be looking for you to join our team!We are looking for a mid-level Freelance Production Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. In this position, you will work on adaptive creative for one of our top streaming client accounts.IMPORTANT CALL OUTS• Candidates must have entertainment client experience in key art print design. This includes television, film, or streaming client work. This is a requirement for the position• Strong Photoshop chops are a MUST• Trailer Park Group pays our Freelance talent via W2 payroll. Please be advised that we will not hire freelancers via 1099, corp to corp, or through a third-party recruiting agency• ASAP start is preferredWHAT YOU WILL DO• Repurpose key art to various size and format requirements.• Make art and/or copy revisions in support of the creative team.• Build die lines and templates to file specifications.• Prep and preflight mechanicals for digital file submissions• Create pitch materials for client presentationsABOUT YOU:• 3+ years of design agency experience• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design preferred. Equivalent experience is okay.• Mac OS proficiency and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.• Strong execution skills in Adobe Photoshop is a must• Strong creative problem-solving skills with the desire to learn and assist others on your team.• Solid knowledge of steps required in creative development and production processes and the ability to perform those tasks in a timely and productive manner.• A positive attitude that contributes to the overall success of a collaborative environment.• A relevant online portfolio or PDF of your current work, demonstrating strong understanding of the fundamentals of layout design.
