• Present training classes using a variety of different media and tools

• Collaborate with teams and clients to improve training content and materials Updating & developing eLearning materials,

• Develop an understanding of how future state business processes mean for the end user

• Make recommendations for improvement to increase adoption of HSRM

• Develop an understanding of how future state business processes mean for the end user

• Assisting in 508 compliance checks as needed for deliverables

• Compiling and analyzing data from different surveys to present to client

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors Degree required

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (i.e. US Citizenship required)

• 1-3 years of professional experience working with multiple audiences and stakeholder groups

• Background must include prior training facilitation experience

• Prior experience working within 508 compliance requirements

• Prior experience working with change management methodologies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• eLearning development experience

• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs

• Experience supporting deployment of new technology

The annual salary range for this position is $65,400.00-$117,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
