Present training classes using a variety of different media and tools
Collaborate with teams and clients to improve training content and materials Updating & developing eLearning materials,
Develop an understanding of how future state business processes mean for the end user
Make recommendations for improvement to increase adoption of HSRM
Develop an understanding of how future state business processes mean for the end user
Assisting in 508 compliance checks as needed for deliverables
Compiling and analyzing data from different surveys to present to client
What You Will Need:
Bachelors Degree required
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (i.e. US Citizenship required)
1-3 years of professional experience working with multiple audiences and stakeholder groups
Background must include prior training facilitation experience
Prior experience working within 508 compliance requirements
Prior experience working with change management methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
What Would Be Nice To Have:
eLearning development experience
Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs
Experience supporting deployment of new technology
