FAST Introduction
Fast Enterprises is a provider of essential software and services for citizens and government. In 1998, we changed the way government revenue agencies support their business with the introduction of GenTax®. We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle, Driver License, Unemployment Insurance, and Child Support Engagement agencies.

Responsibilities:
Training and Testing Coordinators are an integral part of FAST’s project implementation teams and need to have strong organizational, technical, analytical and communication skills. Typically, they work closely with client business users and project development staff to coordinate, develop, and deliver training and testing related support to agency users ensuring that users fully understand and are capable of using of FAST’s software solutions. Training and Testing Coordinators’ responsibilities include creating a training curriculum and documentation including job aides, guides and help articles. They are involved with training project staff and testers, developing test scenarios, coordinating, and supporting testing efforts. No prior testing experience is required.
We are looking for qualified candidates to start their career with FAST in our Baton Rouge, Louisiana location. There may be opportunities to relocate to other project locations throughout the US later on in their career.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional/curriculum design, computer science or business administration OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
