Job Description:
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure service excellence in regards to all learning-related activities.
Deal with day-to-day issues, and matters arising on-site, find solutions or escalate as appropriate.
Manage all Learning Request Forms (LRFs) from arranging catalogue courses, securing places on public courses, seminars, language courses and sourcing new vendors in-line with contractual SLAs.
Manage all post course activities.
Pro-actively educate and guide service requestors, managers and functional capability leads on processes and systems.
Work with the on-site team to ensure no customer issues.
Provide support to the regional HR function.
Arrange trainer inductions and any HS&E requirements with the on-site team.
Acknowledge, progress and close all learning related e-mail queries in-line with contractual SLAs.
Receive, review and collate Learning Assessment papers.
Check, report and remind on participation rates for mandatory trainings.
Issue of licenses and certificates post course.
Manage the scheduling of room bookings and support in making other arrangements, such as site access for trainers, room setup and shipping of kit.
Manage the provision of training materials to suppliers, sites and customers.
Ensure training material availability for all learning events.
Manage the stocks of training material and prep room working with course owners to ensure materials are up to date.
Issue attendance list to trainers and collate evaluation data.
Manage communications to key stakeholders to ensure courses are filled and occupancy rates are met.
Professional Experience & Competence:
Minimum five years’ experience working on-site at a large corporate customer location
Minimum five years’ experience working with Workday Learning or similar learning management systems.
Minimum two years’ experience working with cross functional teams (client teams and NIIT internal teams)
Demonstrates knowledge and expertise on basic IT software such as Microsoft, word, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and databases.
Possess valid work permit, complying to local laws that will allow working at customer location as full-time employee
C2* language proficiency for reading, listening, speaking and writing in local language (German)
B2* language proficiency in other European languages will be an added advantage.
Excellent business communication skills telephone, email and face-to-face.
Multitasks across multiple software systems.
Manages and prioritise workload.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
High levels of attention to detail and has the ability to interpret data and other information accurately.
Strong organisational and administration skills.
