About the Role

We are seeking a Training Manager to join our team! This position will report to our Vice President of Human Resources, Kelsey Gould. This position will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and work side by side with leadership to design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.



Duties/Responsibilities

  • Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of our clientele, organization and industry.
  • Searching for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and safety among staff
  • Maintaining knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to 1Path service, technical and people initiatives
  • Working side by side with management team to constantly be identifying future training needs
  • Setting up executive or leadership development programs for front line and mid-level employees
  • Conducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires
  • Identify problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
  • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
  • Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
  • Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
  • Prepares and implements training budget.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
  • Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods
  • Ability to moderate large groups.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively
  • Advanced record-keeping skills
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related area required.
  • At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required.

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The hiring pay range for this position is anticipated between $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
