Our team is seeking someone inspired to incite enthusiasm in customers and employees through training. We want to give our learners confidence that their software does what they need it to do and encourage them to use it in new ways. As a Training Partner on the Post-Sales Enablement team, you will be designing training that skips past ‘rigid’ or ‘boring’, and instead shoots for world-class experiences that have impact. The Training Partner role will work directly with subject-matter experts, developers, and other designers to create training that focuses on adoption of products and processes, retention of customers, and enjoyment for every learner. “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm” - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Job Responsibilities
  • Take on key projects with high visibility, explore new formats, and push for quality to ensure the team’s success.
  • Work consultatively with business leaders, colleagues, customers, and independently to assess training needs.
  • Present training solutions to address content and quality gaps.
  • Identify solid strategies through needs assessments and research.
  • Coordinate with a project team and stakeholders to meet desired outcomes/objectives.
  • Scope and prioritize training requests, create an action plan that details tasks/timeframes to address training needs.
  • Manage all aspects of the training development cycle including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Produce engaging, impactful learning materials and programs; including interactive eLearning, documents, videos, ILT, VILT, learning assessments, and certification exams.
  • Continuously evaluate and report on feedback and outcomes, identify improvements.
  • Seek continuous improvement and problem-solve; try new ideas and challenge the status quo to improve our content and meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate, improve processes, and by helping teammates succeed in their projects.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Experience using instructional design learning models (such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy) and adult learning theories.
  • Proven project management skills, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience designing training content and programs is required.
  • Top-tier interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail with an eye for balancing form vs function.
  • Able to analyze situations, make independent decisions, and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Stays up to date with training industry best practices and willing to try new ideas.
  • Can explain complex, technical concepts clearly to any audience.
  • Able to adopt and learn new systems and software quickly.
