Implementation Specialist (Phoenix, AZ or Remote)

As we’ve continued to grow our customer base, we know that customers who get help from us setting up their Trainual get to value faster and have exponentially higher retention rates!  Makes sense right?  With the goal of helping more customers get set up successfully, we offer Implementation services to all customers with more than 25 employees. That’s where you come in.


If I had to sum YOU up, I’d say you were driven by helping customers implement software to ensure their success, period.  End of story. You thrive in understanding what a small business is trying to accomplish with Trainual, and get maximum satisfaction out of helping them build a unique action plan to get them there.  You are consultative, can lean on your product expertise to think on your feet, and can provide best practices on how to roll out training and knowledge to our customers’ teams!

What you'll own & improve:
  • Working 1:1 with your assigned SMB customers. When customers sign up for an eligible with Trainual, you are their go-to expert for the first part of their journey. You’ll research the customer and show up ready for your 1:1 meetings. With your mix of SMB knowledge + Trainual expertise, you’ll identify the best plan for helping the customer get up and running in their first 4-6 weeks. 
  • Implementing Trainual for customers. As the customer’s point of contact for the first 4-6 weeks, conduct 1:1 training sessions via Zoom, help your customers stay on track with action items and proactive engagement, and prescriptively help add value. This looks slightly different for every customer, but your unique skills and expertise make the projects fun and effective for the customer. 
  • Create value long term for the customer. Your detailed call notes, prescriptive resource recommendations, and genuine interest in the customer will set up the rest of the Trainual Customer Success team for long term, well, success. You’re organized, detailed, and a critical thinker. 


About the Team:


You’ll be reporting directly to our amazing Manager of Implementation, Marelena Price Cruz, and working collaboratively with our amazing Customer Experience team!


Compensation:


Compensation is determined by relevant or translatable experience. The role starts at $62,500 and comes with benefits and all the cool Trainual perks!
