We are firmly committed to the well-being and safety of our people.Job Summary:This is an opportunity for a driven Sales Enablement Leader that excels in motivating others with experienced facilitation, sales, and presentation skills in a collaborative, data rich, technical, and customer focused environment. This role is designated as virtual.This role will be responsible for commercializing new RENTAL offerings and developing a strong pipeline to launch new offerings through the North America sales channels. There will be a heavy emphasis on creating and ideating a go to market strategy for these offerings, leading strategic sales and influencing a winning sales culture through consultative selling, new software and technology developments, driving best practices across regions, and accelerating the maturity of our regions in their services business. This role work closely with our technical and pre-sales support teams. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a sales strategy growth mindset to develop best sales practices, customer messaging and aligned value propositions to support the advancement and commercialization of our RENTAL offerings.Don’t meet all the requirements listed below? You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.Responsibilities:• Commercialize and support new and existing RENTAL offerings for North America sales channels• Work with the sales channels to identify qualified customers to pilot new service offerings in preparations for new commercialization launches• Support the project management of existing and new pilot projects in the Rental products space• In partnership with Product Management Team, develop virtual and in-person sales training initiatives and new development launch demonstrations of new and existing offerings• Work with the sales channels to build strong pipelines to grow our services business• Provide customer support for sales and fulfillment channels within the services portfolio offers (i.e. leadership presentations, strategic sales skills, product & services demonstrations, operational excellence training, etc.)• Collaboration with Product Management and development teams on new functionality needs from voice of customer and Trane Associates• Participate and practice the lean principles with regular gap analysis and new solution ideas to continuously improve standard work and best approaches that addresses current field and customer challenges and needs.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning, preferably within the HVAC or rental services industry.• Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving successful business outcomes.• Strong business acumen and market understanding; ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.• Demonstrated ability to build and foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry players.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.• Proficiency in using CRM software, sales productivity tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.• Willingness and ability to travel as required to support customer meetings and strategic initiatives.Key Competencies:• Self-motivated, high energy, servant leader with the ability to initiate, lead and problem solve in-person and virtually.• Ability to work regularly and dependably in a team environment with a bias towards customer success.• Strong negotiation and communication skills at all levels of the organization.• Capable of teaching and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive market share growth.• Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.• Desire and willingness to be held accountable for business results.• Highly effective team player able to develop and sustain an extraordinary level of team commitment, employee engagement and ownership.• Positive attitude and strong presentation skills required.• Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, ideally with demonstrated experience in an environment resistant to change.• Strong remote, virtual working and time management skills as well as potential frequent national travel for in-person meetings, events, and training needs.What’s in it for you:• Benefits kick in day one!• 6% 401K match, additional 2% core contribution = 8% overall match• 3 weeks of vacation, plus site paid holidays• Base Compensation Range is $88,500 to $155,350Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages.
