Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for routine project documentation, materials, status monitoring and transition from the sales to service department. This position is required to closely interact with Services Account Managers to ensure the timely transition of all quoted service projects and new contracts as well as the timely renewal of existing contracts.

Please Note: This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule and will be based out of our Nashville office location.



Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the transition process of assigned projects from Sales to Service.
  • Using equipment lists provided, enters, and attaches Equipment to Locations in Salesforce.
  • Enter Opportunities into Salesforce CRM as requested.
  • Responsible for managing the credit approval process as well as PO acknowledgement process and Contract Management Review process for jobs sold through the Service Sales stream.
  • Communicates with customers and account managers to resolve any outstanding credit issues as well as new account establishments.
  • Acts as local office champion for SalesForce CRM, Linkage and special projects as assigned.
  • Responsible for running reports, copying current estimates, etc. to ensure the timely renewal of current Service Agreements.
  • Estimates Service Agreement renewals, verify proper cost and work with Area Service Manager for validation.
  • Follow-up with assigned customers to complete the Service Agreement process.
  • Provides Certificates of Insurance as requested by the customer and/or Account Manager.
  • Assists Account Managers in keeping pipeline current and updated.
  • Stays current with GSA Schedule and U.S. Communities procedures to ensure projects transition accurately.
  • Prepares and maintains project files for business quotes.
  • Uploads Tax Exempt certificates into Tax portal.
  • Coordinates service order and fulfillment procedures.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. One to three years of customer service or HVAC experience is a plus.

Language Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with others over the phone.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram.

Base Pay Range: $45,000 - $95,500 / year. This base pay is based on US National Averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, or geographic location in which the work is performed.
