Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for routine project documentation, materials, status monitoring and transition from the sales to service department. This position is required to closely interact with Services Account Managers to ensure the timely transition of all quoted service projects and new contracts as well as the timely renewal of existing contracts.
Please Note: This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule and will be based out of our Nashville office location.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. One to three years of customer service or HVAC experience is a plus.
Language Skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with others over the phone.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram.

Base Pay Range: $45,000 - $95,500 / year. This base pay is based on US National Averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, or geographic location in which the work is performed.
