Job Description:
At Regions, the Business Transformation Solutions Generalist is responsible for developing internal Transformation Program communications and working with various internal partners to develop, contribute to and ensure alignment with external communications. Serves as liaison between Transformation Office and Corporate Communications. Facilitates content development on newsletter and other internal Transformation Program communications. Manages Program SharePoint site and associate onboarding pathway. Partners with key stakeholders within Transformation Program office, specifically Organizational Change Management and Associate & Client Experience, to ensure alignment with R2 program communications.

Primary Responsibilities

Develops and manages Transformation Program editorial calendar, newsletters, program SharePoint site, and other program communications

Collaborates with Corporate Communications and Segment/Support groups on identification, planning and development of Transformation communications across the enterprise (internal and external)

Provides input into new and innovative ways to communicate internally while identifying and solving for gaps

Manages and facilitates the Transformation Office townhall meetings with key leadership across the enterprise

Collaborates with Transformation Associate & Client Experience and Organizational Change Management teams on Transformation Program messaging and communications

Partners with Transformation Office executive reporting function to ensure alignment on Transformation Program messaging

May mentor or coach new team members

Serves as a Subject Matter Expert

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

Five (5) years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related experience

Preferences

Financial institution experience

Skills and Competencies

Ability to communicate with various levels of management

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to write for various audience levels

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of innovative communication strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Strong organizational skills

Position Type Full time

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position.

Job Range Target:
Minimum: $69,071.00 USD
Median: $97,840.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
