As the Manager of Affiliate Relationships, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our affiliates. You will be responsible for ensuring our advisors are well-supported, engaged, and maximizing their potential to drive revenue for Travel Edge. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to building and maintaining multi-level relationships, resolving operational issues, and providing comprehensive training and consultative advice to affiliates. Key Functions • Implement a multi-touch approach to support new affiliates, including regular check-ins to ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Develop and maintain multi-level relationships through regular monthly communications and check-ins. • Collaborate with various departments to identify and provide solutions for operational challenges faced by affiliates. • Actively engage with affiliates to identify opportunities and strategies to increase Travel Edge revenues. • Training and Educational sessions to familiarize affiliates with ADX and services offered • Vendor Marketing Opportunities • Monitor affiliate performance to identify those at risk and develop strategies to support and retain them • Organize and conduct annual face-to-face meetings with top-performing affiliates to strengthen relationships. • Promote and Manage Affiliate Referral Programs • Develop Affiliate Specific Operations Manual • Provide consultative advice on business growth • Organize and host seminars and social functions specifically for affiliates to foster community and knowledge sharing (Limitless) • Set Up and Maintain Monthly Contact Calendars / Events Job Requirements: • Prior experience or understanding of the air travel industry is a plus • Strong ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Office 365 • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships • Ability to clearly present the company's value proposition to affiliates • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently • Familiarity with common Customer Relationship Management practices and tools If you are passionate about fostering relationships, driving revenue growth, and have a background in travel, customer service, sales, project management, or account management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity We are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
