We invite you to join team TravisMathew.We're hiring a curious, proactive Analyst to drive ongoing productivity of Performance Marketing programs. The Sr. Analyst, Performance Marketing will be responsible for end-to-end data management – from data ingestion to insights and recommendations. This individual will play a vital role in developing the future Measurement Tool ecosystem as well as day to day operational processes. This role sits on the eCommerce team, reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Day to day owner of measurement platforms, including Marketing Mix Modeling, Google Analytics, and Marketing data aggregation platforms• Responsible for data governance between systems to ensure ongoing data accuracy• Develop Power BI and/or Looker Studio dashboards to answer ongoing business questions, including Paid Media, SEO and Customer Lifecyle KPI trend reporting• Partner with the larger Performance Marketing team to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to surface insights and actions for better Paid Media productivity over time• Structure and measure Paid Media incrementality testing initiatives to validate decision making• Build relationships with cross-functional Analytics and Engineering teams to enhance data sets and ensure data consistency across the business• Keep pace with Marketing Analytics landscape to challenge the status quo over timeQUALIFICATIONS• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics• Strong understanding of DTC eCommerce business and market trend/insights, with focus on Paid Media• Proven track record in surfacing Paid Media insights and recommendations that result in performance improvement• Understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling and/or advanced modeling techniques• Deep experience in Google Analytics with comfort in surfacing data and insights across business groups (e.g. Paid Media, Loyalty, Site Experience, Online Merchandising)• Proficient in Power BI and Looker Studio (or similar) tools• Advanced abilities in Excel, SQL and python• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with highly developed analytical and numeric reasoning skills• Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement new processes• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with limited oversight• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track and retain ongoing performance themes/insights• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Presentation skills are essential
