You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy across all owned channels (email, SMS, push, direct mail, etc.) that drives customer activation, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Analytics Teams to ideate and enable a seamless end-to-end consumer experience.We are seeking a self-motivated strategist who is excited by the challenge of revolutionizing how Credit Acceptance's approaches and enables the customer experience through implementing modern technology, automation, and a data-driven strategy.The Lead B2C Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will join our new Consumer Marketing Team as we lay our team's strategic, operational, and technological groundwork. You will report to the Marketing Manager, B2C Lifecycle Marketing.Outcomes and Activities:• This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at a Southfield, Michigan office location if requested by the team member.Strategic ownership:• Develops a multi-channel consumer lifecycle marketing strategy to maximize customer LTV by driving customer activation, engagement, and retention.• Uses qualitative/quantitative data and customer insights to proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive toward solutions.• Identifies technological capabilities needed to enable desired lifecycle marketing strategy.Lifecycle campaign planning & execution:• Leads the planning, development, and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across all owned channels using a hypothesis-led learning agenda (A/B testing).• Delivers clear, concise test plans and creative briefs to document strategy, gain cross functional alignment, and deliver on-brief creative assets.• Builds and uses customer segments to deliver personalized, relevant content to customers throughout their journey.• Owns campaign setup within marketing automation system/CRM and optimizes workflows to deliver real-time communications to key audience segments.Analysis:• Monitors KPIs and campaign performance to regularly share key learnings, successes, and future opportunities.Relationships:• Builds relationships across the organization and encourages a culture of collaboration and transparency with key cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Operations, Product, and Legal.Knowledge and Skills:• Fluent in business economics with the ability to understand and articulate how marketing creates company value.• Experience developing an efficient and effective end-to-end funnel journey.• Breaks a strategy down into a hypothesis-led and data driven test plan and creative briefs.• Fluent in MarTech with a clear understanding of what capabilities can enable growth.• Confident interpreting data/analyses to derive results, learnings, and proposes next steps.• Highly effective oral and written communicator who makes complex ideas easy to understand.• Self-motivated individual who performs with minimal supervision.• Highly-organized and accountable with the ability to break projects down into an actionable plan and meet multiple, concurrent deadlines.• Positive, professional team player with the ability to work on a team or independent.• Operates with a growth mindset, displaying strong aptitude for expanding their skillset.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience. (Both)• 5 years of B2C lifecycle marketing experience. (Lead)• 5 years of experience working in marketing automation systems, such as Responsys, Braze, Hubspot, Eloqua, Iterable, etc., creating HTML emails. (Lead)• 5 years of experience developing marketing assets, including but not limited to email, push, SMS, and direct mail. (Lead)• 3 years of B2C lifecycle marketing experience. (Senior)• 3 years of experience working in marketing automation systems, such as Responsys, Braze, Hubspot, Eloqua, Iterable, etc., creating HTML emails. (Senior)• 3 years of experience developing marketing assets, including but not limited to email, push, SMS, and direct mail.Preferred:• Background in automotive or finance industry.
