Treasury Manager

GameChange Solar is one of the fastest growing and dynamic companies in the rapidly growing utility scale solar industry. We have top quality solar racking and tracker products that generate the greatest amount of energy, are easiest to install, and are the most cost effective. The company is approaching $1.5 bn in revenue and is growing over 50% annually. The Treasury Manager will direct the financial and monetary aspects of a business, which includes cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institutions.

Treasury Manager Responsibilities:

• Manages day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization
• Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management
• Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts
• Ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements
• Determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections

Treasury Manager Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a treasury role (management experience preferred)
• Industries with project management/ project accounting (ex. major construction) are a plus, but not required
• Major ERP experience strongly preferred with NetSuite being a plus
• Experience with financial reporting systems, such as Hyperion preferred
• Strong computer software skills: Microsoft Office applications
• High growth, low structure environment experience
• Comfortable contributing in a “roll up your sleeves” environment which is fast paced

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
