What your role looks like
Let's break down this vision into a little taste of your work at Trengo:
• Lead marketing strategy: Develop and execute a marketing plan to fuel growth, drive brand awareness, and increase product adoption.
• Demand generation & growth: Use inbound tactics (content, SEO, email marketing, campaigns, socials etc.) and creative outbound strategies to generate leads and elevate our brand presence.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes, and with Product and Customer Success to refine messaging, drive usage and adoption, and understand roadmap-driven marketing needs.
• Data-driven approach: Measure, analyze, and optimize all the marketing initiatives to ensure high ROI and meet OKRs.
• Customer insights: Conduct market research to refine positioning and messaging, ensuring we resonate with our target audiences.
• Team leadership: Manage and mentor a talented marketing team of 7 professionals, driving their growth while achieving business objectives.
What we’re looking for
Now that you know a bit about us, can you tell us a bit about you? I hope you can identify yourself with some of these:
• 8-10+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-growth, start-up environments.
• Proven experience working with customer-facing teams to increase product adoption and usage that turns into increased revenue.
• Agile and adaptable mindset. You are able to pivot strategies quickly in response to new data and changing market conditions.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Proficient in inbound marketing tactics but with a solid understanding of outbound, particularly in supporting sales-driven outreach.
• Ability to devise creative, unconventional strategies that maximize impact and reach. You do not shy away from everything Gen AI has to offer to achieve your goals and increase team’s productivity.
• International experience, especially in European markets.
• Demonstrated successful experience with consumer services businesses or sectors with less tech-savvy end-users will be a big plus.
