• Knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, compliance, auditing, and benefits administration

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage BU level month-end closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliation processes
• Develop and report on analytics to influence effective decision making and achieve financial targets
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial support and guidance for accurate data reporting
• Build the Annual Operating Budget using a bottoms-up approach to achieve strategic goals
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures at the BU level

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• CPA or MBA preferred
