About the Role

We are seeking an experienced React Js with .NET developer to join our team. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of React Js and .NET and should be able to work on complex projects that require integrating front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, a team player, and possess excellent communication skills. The candidate provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Application Development assignments/projects.

In the business intelligence team, we develop standalone applications, widgets and dashboards, backend APIs, services, and SDKs (Software Development Kits). Our focus is on enabling business users and leadership team within enterprise operational analytics area to access all KPIs and their performance through the platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex problems, interface closely with the developer community and contribute to one of the multidimensional platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications using React Js and .NET Core
• Designs and develops software solutions to meet business requirements. Manages full software development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing. Performs solution design, bug verification, and beta support, which may require research and analysis.
• Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.).
• Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
• Understand the unique business and technical requirements of the engagement and facilitate communications on the most appropriate solution design
• Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective application programming solution.
• Independently handle development of product modules and components and take complete responsibility for delivery of assigned tasks.
• Documents, tests, implements and provides on-going support for the applications.
• Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
• Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
• Focuses on providing thought leadership within Application Development but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.
• Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

Who you are:

• 12+ years of work experience as an React Js Full stack developer
• Should have full stack development experience using the latest React Js, C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, Node.js, MVC, .Net Core and .NET Framework.
• Should have good PL/SQL programming skills with a very good understanding of stored procedures.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting skills on web interface and services etc.
• Should possess good knowledge of build and packaging using available tools.
• Should possess strong analytical skills and be able to quickly learn new concepts and software.
• Should have used versioning tools and should have a clear understanding of product life cycle.
• Good working knowledge of Openshift/AWS, Kubernetes
• Good expertise in using Eclipse, Intellij, GIT, Spring-JPA, Sql Server /Oracle / PostgresSQL
• Experience in using Maven, CI/CD - Jenkins, New Relic, Splunk, Postman
• Prior experience in large scale healthcare initiatives preferred but not mandatory.
• A good understanding in business intelligence and data analytics concepts
• Familiarity with web development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and npm.
• Python Knowledge is a plus
• Exposure to Okta authentication integration is a plus
• Knowledge on Apache e-charts a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
