Mongoose is an internally developed Health Care Industry financial analyst created to facilitate investment decisions and management in the private sector. Mongoose will be enabled to provide standard Health Care profiles for every company through pre-calculated and derived insights.  

About the Role 

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Mongoose. In this role, you’ll shape product vision and strategy and work hands-on with engineers to bring our solutions to life. Your focus will be on building innovative, AI-powered tools transforming how healthcare investments are analyzed and managed. 

Who You Are 

• You’re excited by AI and agent-based systems, and comfortable navigating uncertainty, building from the ground up. 

• You make decisions grounded in data and user feedback to improve and iterate. 

• You have 3+ years in product management, ideally in tech or AI-focused roles. 

• Understanding AI, agential-based systems, or data management is a plus. 

• Basic finance principles or experience with finance-related products is a plus.

We’re looking for team members to join our in-person culture in our beautiful office in Hudson Yards, NYC. Our ideal schedule is working 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remotely.  

Pay transparency: The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $165,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, location, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc.
