Regional Sales Manager- Automotive F&I We are growing! We have been providing F&I products and services to the industry for over 55 years and we are a repeat Dealers Choice Award Winner. ECP Incorporated is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast. Your principal responsibility will be to work alongside the nation’s leading dealer groups in increasing the sales of the ECP Products that will be sold in the dealerships.Responsibilities:• Training, consulting, and developing of new clients while helping to develop existing customers.• Interfacing with internal departments to communicate issues related to administration and customers.• Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with dealership Sales Managers and Dealers by training and consulting on opportunities to increase sales and profitability.• Introducing new products and programs and actively promoting sales with clients when possible.• Acting as a trusted liaison, trainer, and motivator to assist assigned dealerships sales professionals and management in exceeding sales targets and goals.• Participating in comprehensive training program which focuses on product knowledge, developing proven, effective sales skills and business development tools.• Working with product applicators in assigned dealerships.• Completion of comprehensive initial as well as ongoing sales training programsEssential Requirements of Regional Sales Manager:• Knowledge of F&I products• Excellent communication skills• Capable of identifying and selling to new dealerships• Travel up to 75%• Superb “closing” skills• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals• Fearlessness ~ you are not intimidated by the challenge of “pitching” a CEO, principal or president of a company about their involvement in increasing income by offering industry leading products, programs and services.• Confident• Drive to exceed expectations and outperform your peers.• Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial spirit and attitude• Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently• Ability to think creatively, cohesively & independentlySince 1969, ECP Brands have been seen on over 100 million vehicles.
