You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe position provides business and financial advice to the management team through analysis and budgeting functions. This position is responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, financial reports and analyses. Serves as a liaison to assist business leaders with their financial needs. The position also assists with supporting TriNet's financial planning and reporting systems.LocationsUnited States (Remote)What you will do:• Analyzes customer profitability, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.• Prepares monthly budgets and forecasts.• Provides financial reports on actual results against targets and analyzes variances and trends.• Prepares financial presentations for management and/or Board of Directors using Oracle Planning, AnaPlan, and PowerPoint.• Assists in ongoing improvement of TriNet's financial, planning, and business intelligence systems.• Assists in ad hoc financial analysis projects and report preparation as - Required.• Performs other duties as assigned• Complies with all policies and standardsEducation Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience - RequiredExperience Qualifications• Typically 2+ years experience in a financial planning and analysis role - Required• Experience with Oracle Planning (EPBCS) - RequiredSkills and Abilities• Highly detail oriented and organized (Basic proficiency)• Working knowledge of MS Office applications having advanced level Excel, Intermediate PowerPoint, and basic Word (Intermediate proficiency)• Good presentation skills with the ability to work closely with senior management (Basic proficiency)• Highest standards of accuracy and precision (Intermediate proficiency)• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are - Required (Basic proficiency)• Demonstrated success working in a deadline driven and multi-task, fast-paced environment (Intermediate proficiency)Licenses and Certifications• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) - Preferred• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - PreferredTravel RequirementsMinimalWork Environment• Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable home or office setting.
