About The Job:

Provides administrative support to the Vice President of Operations, Physician Division Chair, Regional Director of Quality, Growth and Access, and market physician leaders. The position can be based in Des Moines or Mason City.

What we are looking for:

Education [formal]:

High school graduate or equivalent required.

Associate degree preferred.

Completed a one-year administrative assistant program or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

One year of administrative assistant experience in an office setting required.

Must have demonstrated competence in office equipment usage, including Microsoft Products such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word.

Special Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Products.

Self-motivated, detailed oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision.

Ability to shift priorities to meet deadlines.

Ability to respect confidentiality of information pertaining to patients, medical staff, colleagues, guests or medical center operations.

Able to handle stress and work on multiple projects at one time.

Ability to work with diverse audiences.

Ability to deal diplomatically and tactfully with others.
