Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Position PurposeContract 6 months Remote Opportunity - Trinity Health Senior Communities (Michigan Communities)The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing recruitment activities from sourcing to making job offers. This includes workforce planning, establishing service level agreements, and developing sourcing strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.What You Will Do• Execute recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for critical positions.• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on workforce planning.• Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition Partners.• Utilize data analytics to measure and improve talent acquisition programs.• Develop and implement proactive, innovative, and cost-effective recruitment strategies.• Coordinate career fairs and other events to build candidate pools.• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health policies.Minimum Qualifications• Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition, human resources, employment laws and regulations as normally obtained through a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with five (5) years of related talent acquisition experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• Experience in a healthcare recruiting environment preferred.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and serve as a credible business partner.• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building skills.• Proven customer-service orientation.Position Highlights and Benefits• Serve a mission-driven organization focused on high-quality care.• Engage in meaningful work that impacts communities positively.• Collaborate with a dedicated and professional team.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans.Our VisionAs a mission-driven innovative health organization, we will become the national leader in improving the health of our communities and each person we serve.
