Data Engineer II (Viator)

Viator, a leading marketplace for travel experiences, is seeking a data engineer to support their growing traffic and deliver state-of-the-art MarTech solutions.

Skills

Strong Python, Java, or Scala experience
Strong SQL skills
Experience with setting up end-to-end data pipelines in an enterprise environment
Hands-on with Cloud computing technologies
Experience in Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms

Responsibilities

Implement modern data pipelines for marketing data
Monitor data pipelines for accuracy and enhancements
Work with stakeholders to define requirements for high-quality data products
Reconcile data issues between systems and drive improvements
Code, test, and document new data systems for reporting and analytics
Contribute to designing optimized data solutions
Own and document data pipelines, monitoring, and data accuracy

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
