Job Summary:This position is responsible for the management of paid Meta and Google campaigns on the behalf of Troon Sales & Marketing clients and will also play a role in paid marketing efforts of the Troon brand. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple paid social and SEM campaigns concurrently from concept proposal to execution and measurement.Essential Duties:• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of property clients• Work closely with the digital marketing department, sales and marketing regional leads, and leaders at the property level to ensure consistent and accurate messaging to deliver results to clients• Guide curation of quality content for paid social ads from clubs and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns• Provide strategic paid media plans, measurement, and optimization recommendations to partners in the field• Work with external vendors to establish paid media conversion and revenue tracking• Lead reporting on both ongoing and completed campaigns, deriving key insights and feedback from data• Lead and improve project workflow from clients and internally using internal tools (ex: Wrike)• Work collaboratively with Sales & Marketing department to deliver revenue-generating campaigns• Effectively communicate deadlines and scopes of work with corporate team and club contacts• Absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients• Quickly adapt to platform nuances and provide recommendations for evolving best practices in the space• Meet tight deadlines and multi-task between numerous projects at a given time• Perform other duties as assignedEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BA) and minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Agency experience is not required but is preferred.Physical Demands:Frequently sits, talks, hears, uses hands. Regularly walks and stands. Occasionally reaches with hands and arms, stoops, kneels, crawls and crouches. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.Environment/Noise:Noise level is moderate and occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Ability Preferences:• Ability to read and speak English (e.g. the associates are required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers)• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills• Experience in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision• Excellent interpersonal and sales-related skills• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time• Experience managing client budgets effectively• Track record of managing paid media campaigns that deliver on defined KPIs• Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteThis job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
