Skills
Advanced knowledge of Hubspot Marketing Automation, Salesforce, and 6Sense
Experience with Clearbit, Clari, Qualified, Google Analytics, Asana preferred
ROI reporting for marketing teams and budget management
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and relationships
Maintaining visibility and reporting on Martech best practices
Data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
Own the development of marketing operations processes, tech stack, and analytics/reporting
Manage and track marketing budget and ROI on key programs
Maintain performance reports against goals and identify trends
Manage and optimize marketing lead funnel, lead scoring, nurture programs, attribution, and reporting
Support and execute email strategy, audience segmentation, automation, and reporting
Create and maintain demand gen and ABX reports and dashboards
Work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, alignment, and process improvements
Evaluate new technologies to improve marketing performance
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommendations
