Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Sales Intern to join our global sales team for Summer 2025.The intern will support the international sales process, assist in managing global client relationships, and contribute to market expansion strategies. This role also includes exposure to sales forecasting and data analysis, offering a comprehensive learning experience in international business, sales, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching and identifying new international market opportunities
  • Support the international sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships
  • Help prepare sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and customer demand
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to improve international sales strategies
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment for global clients
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential international customers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist in sales strategies and product positioning
  • Monitor international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance issues that may impact sales processes
  • Assist in organizing international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of global accounts and sales activities

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, forecasting, and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Interest in international business, sales, and global markets
