Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with a proven track record of building disruptive, memorable brands and executing strategies that have significantly impacted growth within the nutritional supplement or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will craft bold, innovative marketing strategies that differentiate our brand, drive customer acquisition and retention, and solidify our market leadership.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create and implement visionary, disruptive brand strategies that position Oath Nutrition as an industry frontrunner.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing marketing teams across brand management, digital marketing, product positioning, creative development, and customer engagement to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, bold thinking, and market disruption, encouraging innovative approaches to product marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and market analytics to identify trends, optimize marketing effectiveness, and proactively seize new opportunities.
  • Oversee strategic relationships with agencies, media partners, and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, and Sales to ensure brand consistency and marketing excellence across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Own marketing budget management, resource allocation, and ROI measurement to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within nutritional supplements, health and wellness, or related CPG industries.
  • Demonstrated success in disruptive branding, consumer-centric marketing, and rapid market-share growth.
  • Proven ability to lead teams that create powerful, differentiated brand narratives and breakthrough campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, utilizing consumer insights and market data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  •  This position requires working on-site at our Lehi, UT office.
