Position Summary:

As a Product Operations Manager on the Product Operations team, you will manage the creation, documentation and implementation of various processes and programs and our Product technology stack. Product Operations at Truckstop.com focuses on four areas: Product Vision & Strategy, Operations, Product Tooling and Resources and Product Visibility. We work to accelerate time to value for all products across the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Product Owners, Development, Marketing, UX, Customer Support, and other internal teams across Truckstop
  • Utilize standard project management techniques to manage scope, schedule and resources and to ensure the organization moves quickly to meet our goals for revenue, customer retention, product migrations, and the attainment of business goals as a result
  • Use short- and long-term strategies and tactical applications for accomplishing
  • Ability to create and manage a product roadmap and OKR
  • Provide ongoing relevant communications and updates to the executive team as required and to the organization to ensure visibility and results
  • Author all project status reports and dashboards, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Ensure success measures are in place and visible to the product teams and partners as well as external stakeholders
  • Influence cross functionally with diplomacy to interact with a wide varied of personality types and drive alignment

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or other Mathematical/statistical discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working in an agile environment supporting the life cycle of software products preferred (development, testing, launch, training support), or related experience emphasizing use of metrics to drive data-driven decisions/outcomes
  • End to end management of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) including but not limited to: Project Charter & Sign Off; Project Stage Updates; Collecting / organizing project documentation; Project updates facilitation and status meetings; Change Management Planning; Product Release Information and Materials Readiness; Program Tracking and Reporting; Stakeholder accountability; Managing escalations and resolutions
  • Familiarity with data or product analytics and experience with developing/managing product success measures
  • Experience working on large integrated programs
  • Experience using BI (Business Intelligence) and Visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, Pendo or similar tools preferred
  • MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Once tools to manage plans, charts, reports and documentation, etc.
  • Administration of tooling by building out processes and template that can be audited for accuracy and adherence
  • Experience and knowledge of Product Management tools such as Aha! Pendo, Figma is preferred
  • Project Management certification (PMP, other) or Program Management preferred
  • Product Management experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment required

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$110,000$125,000 USD

The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
