Senior IT Analyst
True Anomaly seeks an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware, contributing to the mission of ensuring space access and sustainability.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience with remote support tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via various channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Maintain documentation of technical support requests and resolutions
- Monitor system performance and security
- Assist with deployment of new hardware and software
- Automate tasks using advanced scripts
