Develop marketing strategies and work across Marketing ecosystem to consult on development of marketing plans and tactics that leverage marketing capabilities to achieve business goals, enhance client experience, and acquire, grow and retain profitable client relationships. Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to develop marketing strategies aligned to business goals and priorities; Serve as the SME for various centers of excellence through planning and execution to ensure alignment to marketing strategies and the Truist Purpose and Brand.This position will sit in the Consumer and Small Business Brand and Enterprise Marketing organization and report to the Lending Marketing Group Senior Manager. Additional consideration will be made for candidates that have experience in developing marketing strategy roadmaps and learning agendas, client-centric Marketing Strategy Briefs, promotional offers strategy and/or development of differentiated value propositions, positioning statements and messaging strategies.General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
