Job Description

Truss Builder - The Builder works in a small crew, reads the truss design, selects the appropriate lumber (checking for proper lumber quality prior to building), aligns the lumber on the build table using state-of-the-art lasers and then uses a hydraulic press to fix connector plates on each joint. Ability to read tape measure and to lift at least 50 pounds required. Need to bring own hammer and tape measure, steel toed shoes.

Job Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 55lbs; stand, bend stoop 8-10 hours a day. Must be able to read tape measure. Previous construction experience a plus, but not required.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• No weekends
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fremont, NE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
