Manufacturing Program Manager

Trust Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead product development during the Low Rate Initial Production phases. The ideal candidate will coordinate efforts across departments to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.

Skills

Leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Microsoft Suite proficiency
Knowledge of SolidWorks

Responsibilities

Transition products from Prototype to LRIP phases
Implement process development guidelines
Serve as Operations’ representative for assigned products
Monitor and prioritize product issues
Lead Integrated Product Teams for solution pathways
Develop and manage preventative maintenance activities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in industry-related field
