Responsibilities

• Transition products into Low Rate Initial Production and Released phases
• Implement process development guidelines
• Enforce objectives of Operations' roles
• Lead Integrated Product Teams
• Develop corrective and preventative solutions to product and realization processes
• Monitor and address trends for product improvements
• Coordinate resource sharing among departments
• Manage preventative maintenance activities
• Ensure safety guidelines compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in industry-related field with five or more years of experience OR seven or more years of experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment
