Job Description:

As Product Manager for our Works On-Demand platform, you'll wear many hats as you help us deliver value for major health systems while shaping the future of our product development. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, Works, you’ll balance tactical and strategic work. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the healthcare technology ecosystem and loves to build in a scrappy, high-growth environment. 

This role will be responsible for:

Roadmap & Product Delivery

  • Own product roadmap development, balancing clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholder priorities

  • Transform requirements & feedback into technical specifications, partnering with engineering for successful delivery
  • Manage strategic technical partnerships and integration decisions to ensure scalable enterprise solutions

Client Adoption & Outcomes

  • Drive enterprise-wide product adoption through champion development and data-driven optimization strategies
  • Establish and track customer success metrics, translating usage patterns into product improvements
  • Scale customer implementations from pilot to enterprise, building ROI models and ensuring workflow integration

Innovation & Solution Design

  • Drive continuous product improvement through user feedback, usage data, and emerging healthcare trends
  • Design and launch new features that expand product capabilities while maintaining enterprise scalability
  • Develop and validate new product concepts that address unmet needs in enterprise healthcare delivery


The ideal candidate:

Has the following experience:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise healthcare software, with demonstrated success scaling solutions across large health systems
  • Track record of launching innovative healthcare products that achieved significant user adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Experience managing complex technical integrations, particularly with EHR/workforce management systems
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and regulatory environment
  • Computer Science or similar degree from a top-tier institution preferred

Trusted reasonably anticipates the below to be the annual base salary range for this role. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position. We are committed to transparency, and any compensation questions will be addressed early in our recruitment process. 

Annual Base Salary Range
$150,000$175,000 USD
