The Microsoft Alliance Director is responsible for creating joint engagement plans with Microsoft, then driving the execution of those plans. This position works across all parts of the organization to identify, cultivate, and leverage opportunities with Microsoft. This role is also responsible for the strategic planning and go to market activities for key solutions and intellectual property that support TTEC Digital's core offerings and target vertical industries. Further, this position involves a high level of responsibility requiring excellent management skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to people with all levels of technical aptitude.
